* During the course of her employment with the defendant's establishment, Plaintiff became pregnant with twins. She advised defendants that her physician advised her that the pregnancy was high risk and she would need to be on medical leave for some six weeks, and would return after delivery of the twins. She was advised that her position would be held for her. Defendants took the position that pl's position could not be held and notified Blue Cross/Blue Shield that her last day of employment was October 13, 2005. On a date set by the parties to meet and discuss the situation, plaintiff went into pre-term labor. Upon plaintiff's release from the hospital, she saw her position advertised in the local newspaper. She claims defendants acted discriminately toward her on the basis of her pregnancy which is in violation on the West Virginia Human Rights Act. Plaintiff seeks undetermined damages and injuries.
