* While a passenger in a rented 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad ST/SLT, Wilmoth suffered serious injuries, including paraplegia, when the vehicle driven by Craig Clark Keller developed mechanical difficulties. Keller was unable to slow down, traveled off the road at a high rate of speed causing the truck to roll three times. Wilmoth, while wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. She is seeking $50,000,000 in compensatory damages against defendants.
