* Courtney was a mechanic at the tire and auto center at the Huntington Mall in June 2005. During the course of his employment, he slipped and fell while carrying a tire, according to the suit. Courtney claims BFS is liable because it allowed water to stand in his work area. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
