Grover Lewis v. City of Huntington

* Lewis was exiting a Huntington McDonald's when, according to the suit, he tripped and fell over broken pavement. As a result, Lewis claims he suffered broken facial bones, fractured teeth, contusions and lacerations. The suit claims his facial appearance has caused him shame and thus he's seeking punitive, as well as compensatory damages.

Shawn Boothe v. Special Metals Corporation, Precision Castparts Corporation, James Spence, John Doe
PA-Charles M. Hatcher Jr.; J-John L. Cummings
* Boothe was an employee at Special Metals. Spence, a crane-operator, was allegedly operating while intoxicated and caused a 20-ton vacuum lift to hit Boothe and pin him between it and a steel railing. Boothe is suing for negligence and is seeking compensatory damages in excess of $75,000 and an unspecified amount of punitive damages.
