* A work incident, on September 23, 2005, occurred when Skrzypek was required to work in unsafe conditions and cut the grass while it was raining. As direct and proximate result his foot was caused to go underneath the running lawn mover. He suffered compensable injuries and seeks punitive and exemplary damages plus costs.
