Chuck E. Cheese worker harassed woman, suit claims

CHARLESTON - A Kanawha County woman has filed a sexual harassment suit against a Chuck E. Cheese employee, claiming he abused her while she was visiting the Charleston location.

According to the suit, Totten visited Chuck E. Cheese on June 3, 2006. While there, she claims she was groped, battered, abused and fondled in a sexual manner by John Doe, none of which was invited or welcome.

Totten claims the man caused her great shock and anxiety, emotional distress, mental anguish and other damages.

She seeks compensatory and punitive damages against John Doe, and CEC Entertainment.
