* On Oct. 13, 2005, Loew/Shelhammer says while driving eastbound on Interstate 70, her 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier was rear-ended by Kuri's 1995 Ford Ranger. Since that time, she has suffered neck and back pain and accrued medical fees in excess of $5,800. Reasonable probability that physical pain and mental anguish will be suffered with the loss of the enjoyment of life, she seeks judgment in her favor.

Compensatory and punitive damages are sought severally and jointly with attorney fees and costs.
