Since that time, she has suffered neck and back pain and accrued medical fees in excess of $5,800. Reasonable probability that physical pain and mental anguish will be suffered with the loss of the enjoyment of life, she seeks judgment in her favor.

She says her termination was a result of her sex and in violation of the West Virginia Human Rights Act and further claims Burke and Alder conspired together. Compensatory and punitive damages are sought severally and jointly with attorney fees and costs.
