* Richard Thomas was employed as a rig hand/laborer with Zeni Drilling and was temporarily assigned to work at the Enlow Fork Mine in Greene County, Pa. Thomas' job was to work under a suspended derrick without any safety protections or precautions to keep the derrick stable. The derrick fell crushing Thomas between it and the crib block. As a result he suffered severe and permanent injury to his right hand. Thomas is seeking judgment against ZDC Inc. and Zeni Drilling for lost earning, physical and mental pain and suffering.

* Smith was employed as a tow truck driver for Doug's Towing from January 2005 through January 29, 2006, at a rate of $10 per hour plus commissions. During that time, Smith claims Doug's Towing made illegal deductions from his pay in the amount of $3,038.75. Smith is seeking payment for all wages, liquidated damages in the amount of three times the unpaid amount, pre- and post-judgement interest, costs and attorney fees.
