Cabell woman blames Fazoli's after she trips on tray in restaurant

HUNTINGTON - A Cabell County woman has filed a suit against a national fast-food restaurant after she fell in the dining room and was injured.

Linda Graham filed a suit Oct. 17 in Cabell Circuit Court, against Fazoli's. According to the suit, on Oct. 17, 2005, Graham visited the restaurant located at 1320 Third Avenue in Huntington.

While walking through the restaurant, Graham tripped over a tray, which had been placed on the floor, causing her to fall to the ground.

According to the suit, Graham suffered injuries to her head and spine. She claims she incurred medical expenses and will incur additional expenses in the future.

Graham also claims she suffered great pain of body and mind, her enjoyment of life has been greatly impaired and she will continue to incur mental anguish.

Through attorney Todd S. Bailess, Graham seeks compensation for her damages.

The case has been assigned to Judge David Pancake.
