HUNTINGTON - A Cabell County woman has filed a suit against the City of Huntington after she was injured when she fell on a city street.
Patricia Dye filed a suit Nov. 2 in Cabell Circuit Court against Huntington after she was injured April 26, 2006.
Dye claims she was crossing Eleventh Street in Huntington when she caught her foot on a broken part of the curb and fell.
Dye fractured her distal radius and ulnar, which required surgery.
