Concert injury results in lawsuit against 84 Lumber

MORGANTOWN - A Monongalia County woman has filed a suit on behalf of herself and her child, after they were injured at a concert at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.

Rebecca McDonald filed a suit Nov. 6 in Monongalia Circuit Court on behalf of her child, identified only as E.S., and herself against 84 Lumber Company.

McDonald claims that during a concert in September 2006 while attending a concert at the resort, they were injured during an altercation.

According to the suit, McDonald and her child were several injured, and suffered pain, medical expenses and other losses.

McDonald seeks compensatory damages for her injuries.

Attorney Vincent Trivelli is representing McDonald.
