The plaintiffs say Byrd is using a survey map that is "so inaccurate that it should not be relied upon for anything." Then, on July 6, 2007, the plaintiffs claim Byrd came onto their land, claiming it was his, and removed nearly $14,000 worth of vehicles.

* Byrd says Gaylor has used and continues to use his property to enter and exit his adjacent property. He says Gaylor also has told a vendee to use his property for ingress and egress purposes. Byrd says he has told Gaylor and the vendee they do not have permission to do so. He seeks to have the court stop them from doing so.

* Null sues the school board on behalf of her son, who was injured on a skateboard at George Washington Middle School. After the accident, Principal Joann Stewart allegedly would not let the boy call his parents or obtain medical attention. She also allegedly made him walk on his broken ankle down the hall to get ice for the injury.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car of West Virginia vs. Kimberly Lupardus

* Lupardus rented a 2006 Saturn Ion from Enterprise on June 29, 2007. She had an accident that caused damages of $5,801.70, and she declined the damage waiver and, thus, breached the rental agreement. Enterprise seeks that amount, plus $2,320.68 in attorney fees, $145 costs plus interest and other relief.
