Gay claims he suffered injuries to his back, legs, internal organs, and upper and lower extremities, suffering approximately $25,000 in medical expenses. Gay seeks compensatory damages.

* Frances and Kenneth Landers filed a suit against Davol, Inc., and Thomas Memorial Hospital, after Frances was given a Kugel Mesh during a hernia operation. The mesh was later recalled. Kenneth Landers claims he suffered a loss of consortium from his wife, and has become obligated for the payment of her medical bills. The Landers seek compensatory damages for their losses.
