* The Defendant was visiting the AT&T store to have her cell phone repaired. According to the suit, she parked in the parking lot and then tripped over the concrete tire stops that were placed in the lot. Bryan claims the stops were not colored or marked and could not be easily spotted and distinguished with the naked eye. As a result of her fall, she injured her head, right shoulder, left elbow, right arm and left leg, according to the suit.

Valley Air, Inc. v. Carpenter Reclamation, Inc.

* Carpenter Reclamation allegedly rented a Chieftan 1400 Screen and then defaulted on the payments for the equipment in the amount of $23,086. According to the suit, Carpenter Reclamation damaged the machine while before it was returned. Valley Air then sold the equipment for $85,000 but claims that had it not been damaged, it would have been worth $135,000. Valley Air is seeking compensatory damages for the balance of the unpaid rent and $55,000 for the loss in value to the Chieftan 1400 Screen.
