* According to the suit, L&P Vending paid Corder Builders $430,000 to construct an office/warehouse facility in Barboursville. Upon completion, L&P claims it discovered numerous deficiencies in the construction. The suit also alleges Corder Builders placed the utility lines of another building on L&P's property. The plaintiff claims to have been damaged in the amount of $700,000 and is seeking damages in that amount.

Debra Hutchinson v. Scott Hutchinson Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Mobile One Brushless Car Wash, d/b/a Buggy Bath

* Hutchinson took her car to Buggy Bath to get it washed in April 2006. According to the suit, she pulled her car into the car wash bay and stopped. She claims the machinery then began operating in a defective manner and impacted, then scraped her car. She then had to get out of the car and remove the machine from her car. She claims she suffered personal injury during the process and is seeking damages to compensate her for the damage to her car and her injuries.
