They are seeking an amount of relief to be determined.

* Emerick claims Donaldson purchased real estate property that includes a cemetery where 14 of the plaintiff's ancestors were buried. Emerick claims the defendants destroyed a stone wall that encompassed the cemetery and then removed the remains of those who were buried there. She also claims Donaldson has repeatedly denied access to Emerick and other descendants who have attempted to visit the graves. The plaintiff is seeking that the court require Donaldson to repair the damage to the cemetery, as well as provide compensation for losses, emotional distress and aggravation.

* The plaintiffs claim a vehicle accident on April 12, 2006, was the result of Hawkins' negligence because he was under the influence of alcohol when he struck their vehicle. The plaintiffs claim Hawkins consumed alcohol at Alto's Club, where employees continued to serve him after he became visibly intoxicated. The Zinns had a total of more than $109,000 in medical expenses as a result of the accident, and they are seeking more than $600,000 in compensatory damages and more than $600,000 in punitive damages.
