* The Rogers, who live in Kentucky, purchased a Puma camper from Burdette in May 2007. They say the camper had defects, including a torn awning, leaking water tank, torn power cord, detached antennae, damaged and repaired bumper skids and faulty sewer system. They also say the unit previously had been rented. They say Burdette refused to address the problems. They seek compensatory and punitive damages as well as court costs, attorney fees and othe relief.
