* Danny Lee Casey was admitted to St. Mary's in May 2006 after experiencing neck pain. He then had a lumbar drain inserted into him in order to stop the leaking of cerebral spinal fluid. While at the hospital, Casey claims a clamp on the saline bag was missing, causing Casey to experience pain "so bad he wanted to die" and even led him to contemplate "running through a plate glass window to end it all." Casey is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
