* Stephanie Lambert filed a suit against TeamHealth MidSouth and Kenneth Dowler, D.O., claiming Dowler failed to diagnose her four-year-old son with meningitis. * Lisa Kirk filed a suit against Fruth Pharmacy after she was injured when she slipped and fell in the Oakwood Road location. According to the suit, Kirk slipped on a white substance and fell on her left side, injuring her back, left leg and hip, and incurring more than $19,626 in damages. Kirk's husband, Ronnie Kirk, is also a plaintiff in the suit. He claims he was deprived of the consortium, society and comfort of his wife. Together, they seek sums to compensate them for their injuries and costs.

* Michelle Wade filed a suit against IHOP and manager Justin Broering, claiming she was sexually harassed while employed as a server at the restaurant. Wade filed the suit against Broering, claiming he subjected her to unwanted sexual innuendo and touching. Wade claims Broering even followed her into a stock room and attempted to have sex with her, at which time she feared she would be raped. Due to the sexual harassment, Wade quit her job. She seeks compensatory and punitive damages, as well as an on-going sexual harassment training program at IHOP.
