* While a customer at Dick's Sporting Goods in Granville, a floor model piece of exercise equipment attracted White's attention. In order for him to further assess the equipment, it was necessary for him to slightly move it so the movement of its parts would not interfere with other merchandise in close proximity. White pulled on the leg attachment to slide the equipment forward and upon doing so, the cords that were connected to the leg attachments snapped and flipped into his face. After the store manager took White's statement, it was determined that the attachment's spring loaded locking pin was not in place. White is seeking judgment for fair and just compensation, pre- and post-judgment interest and costs.

This prescription was filled with 50 microgram Mylan patches. He died on July 29, 2007 of a fentanyl overdose. He was wearing a Mylan patch at the time of his death. The Estate of James Pope is seeking judgment against the defendants jointly and individually for compensatory and punitive damages.
