* HCI Mechanical agreed to purchase advertising from the WV Radio Corporation that would air on WCHA-AM and WVAF-FM at a cost of $9,342. In addition they also agreed to purchase title sponsorship from the WV Radio Corporations MetroNews for the WV Scholar Program in the amount of $78,000. This amount was to be paid off in monthly installments of $6500. No payments have been received form March, April, May, June and July of 2008. WV Radio Corporation seeks total judgment in the amount of $87,342.00 plus pre and post judgment interest, costs, expenses and attorney fees.

Rocco Marrara Jr., Executor of the Estate of Rocco Marrara Sr., v. Magesh Sundaram, MD and WVU Hospitals, Inc.

* Rocco Marrara Sr. was admitted to WVU Hospitals and underwent surgery for colon cancer on July 7, 2007. A week after the surgery was performed; he became increasingly ill and developed septic shock. This condition went undiagnosed and untreated. No additional tests or lab work were conducted to properly diagnose Marrara's condition, and he died on August 22, 2007. Marrara Jr., as executor of the estate, is seeking judgment for damages against Magesh Sundaram and WVU Hospitals, jointly and severly.
