* Ruckman is seeking judgment against Zaslau in a medical malpractice suit. She claims Zaslau deviated from the required standard of care during her surgery Sept. 30, 2004. Ruckman received anterior cystocele repair, a suburethral sling, cystoscopy and rectocele repair with plication; pelvicol placement and trochar suprapubic cystotomy tube replacement. As a result of the alleged negligence of Zaslau, Ruckman claims she has suffered pain, mental anguish and disability and claims she will also be disabled from performing her usual and normal vocations. Ruckman seeks judgment in excess of the minimum jurisdiction amount, pre- and post-judgment interest for losses and expenses incurred.
