She has worked at Continuous Care Center since 1998 and denies the verbal abuse allegations were denied by the patient/resident to the state investigator. Various confrontations were directly motivated by racial discrimination and she further says that revocation of her nursing license is under investigation.

*Coke is produced at the Follansbee Plant. Mountain State has invested more than $100 million to modernize and rehabilitate this Plant. It is claimed that since April 2008, Bluestone Coal has breached its supply of coal in a contractual agreement. Mountain State requests an entry of injunctive relief, preliminary and then permanently through 2010. CA rental agreement was entered and damages resulted when the car was in Watt's possession resulting in damages for $3,086.69. A jury trial is demanded.
