Heather D. Kelly v. Worldwide Industrial Services Inc.
PA-Traci M. Cook; J-Russell M. Clawges Jr.
* After learning of an office position with Worldwide Industrial Services, Kelly phoned to arrange for an interview. During the course of the phone conversation, Kelly learned the person she was speaking with, Richard See, used to be a neighbor of Kelly. An interview was held at which time he advised Kelly that her employment with the company was up to him, at which time he used his cell phone to take a picture of Kelly's breasts. Shocked and humiliated by See, Kelly began to leave. At that time See advised how much the job paid per week and that it would be worth letting him take the picture of her breasts. Kelly walked out of the interview. She then phoned See to advise she would be contacting his employer and hung up. He called her back, apologized and asked her to return to complete the interview. She felt since she was replacing him and wouldn't have to work with him, she agreed, and returned to the office to complete the necessary paperwork. As she was doing so, she noticed that See had turned from his chair to face her and exposed himself. Pretending not to notice his actions, she grabbed her things and ran out of the office. She is seeking judgment for damages and injuries, pre- and post- judgment interest, and punitive damages.
