* Henry filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, arguing his 10 year requirement for registering as a sexual offender ended and he should not have been convicted for failure to register; for which he is serving time in prison. He further argued that he should not have been denied parole because his desired home plan is in violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act. The Court determined not infringe upon the established regulations, thereby denying this Writ.

Acquisition of a facility to perform immediate surgery was thwarted by pre approval from Schubert's health insurer. Helicopter service was delayed pending insurance approval. Judgment is demanded for compensatory damages and cost incurred to prosecute this cause.

* Charley's date of hire was in 1978 and had worked as a manager. After requesting a medical leave, he underwent an open lung biopsy on Aug. 14, 2004, and returned with a confirmed medical disability relevant to automotive paint fumes. On Nov.1, 2006, his employment was terminated for "voluntary termination" due to a "medical reason." This act is said to have violated WV Human Rights Act, along with a breach expressed promise to provide employment. Compensation is sought jointly and severally.
