* Bernard and Sam Bossio are equal shareholders of a company that owns and operates real estate. In June 2007, Sam Bossio entered into an agreement with Sun Life Insurance Company to borrow $1,750,000 for working capital and refinancing debt. It is believed Sam Bossio created a document falsely granting approval to enter into the agreement. Bernard Bossio alleges the shareholders have suffered harm caused by Sam Bossio's actions and asks he be removed as a director of the company and repay Bossio Enterprises the funds used for personal expenses.

Grounds Keeper Nursery North, LLC v. Samad Saifudun and Huma Group

* Huma Group and Samad Saifudun entered into an agreement with the Grounds Keeper Nursery to purchase its property for a total cost of $1,245,000. Huma paid $5,000 down as ernest money which is still being held in an escrow account. Grounds Keeper received an e-mail stating a few liens needed paid prior to closing or could be paid from the proceeds of the closing. Saifudun and Huma never indicated that funding was a problem and kept reassuring that financing was in place. According to information obtained by Grounds Keeper Nursery North, Saifudun and Huma Group are in the process of purchasing a new piece of land for the same or similar development intended for this property. Grounds Keeper is seeking judgment for breach of contract, loss of compensation and contractual damages in the amount of $1,245,000.
