* Melissa Barberich was shopping at Gabriel Brothers store and took her two young children to the restroom. She was assisting her child in washing her hands and after Barberich turned from the sink, she tripped on a door stop, that was placed too close to the sink and vanity. While still holding her child, she fell and hit her left knee and hip. She is seeking judgment against Gabriel Brothers for pre- and post-judgment interest and costs of the action.

Philip B. Finley v. Z Club Co. Inc, Robert Lightner and Shawn Gifford

* As a visitor in the establishment, Finley claims he was attacked by Shawn Gifford while a larger disturbance was caused by others at the Club who were under 21 and drinking. Finley required medical attention and incurred medical bills as a result of the attack. Finley is seeking compensatory damages for pain suffering and mental anguish, all future medical expenses, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees and punitive damages.

* While shopping at Gabriel Brothers, Lois Chapman slipped and fell due to something that was spilled on the floor. As a result of the fall she sustained injuries to her back, both legs, right wrist, shoulder and elbow. The nature of her exact injuries still need to be determined. The Chapmans are seeking judgment for their injuries and losses, pre-judgment interest and attorney fees.
