* The plaintiffs, who are residents of Clarksburg, Charleston, and Kenna, respectfully, are suing the defendants, who are residents of Pittsburgh, Pa., Charleston and Lincolnton, N.C., respectfully, for exerting undue influence on their grandfather on Nov. 21, 2006 to change his will which probated following his death on Aug. 2, 2008. The plaintiffs are asking for a court order for the probated will to be revoked, Walter P. Shockley Jr. to be permanently enjoined as executor from making any distributions, and restraining and enjoining all the defendants from transferring all property. They are also asking for recovery of costs and fees.
