* Hilty acquired land and a single-family home in Nitro from defendants in April 2005. In 2008, Hilty began to suspect the home had structural defects. A home inspection confirmed numerous such flaws. Defendants have failed and refused to acknowledge existence of defects at the time of sale and refuse to assist in repair of the home.
