MARTINSBURG –- A Virginia man wants $1 million after he claims he was rear-ended by a pair of careless drivers in Berkeley County.
Randall Frazier, of Clearkbrook, Va., filed a lawsuit in Berkeley Circuit Court against Justin Robert Wells, of Bunker Hill, W.Va., and Edward Ernie Davis, of Winchester, Va.
Frazier says he was driving on Winchester Avenue in Martinsburg on Sept. 19, 2007 when he claims Wells rear-ended Davis, who rear-ended Frazier near the intersection of Henshaw Road.
The plaintiff argues that Wells took his eyes of the road and struck Davis at a high rate of speed. Frazier claims Davis was following too closely behind him, which caused Davis to rear-end Frazier.
Frazier claims he suffered a whole host of severe and permanent injuries and associated medical bills. He specifically requested $1 million in damages.
Frazier is represented by Marilyn Ann Solomon. The case is assigned to Berkeley Circuit Judge Gina Groh.
