* While enrolled at WVU, Laflair was attacked by William Prunesti and Brandon Fleenor while they waited in the common area of the Mountainlair for what is known as the "drunk bus." Laflair was severly injured, required medical attention and has suffered permanent facial scarring. Laflair claims the area where he was attacked had little or inadequate lighting, and no security personnel in the area. Laflair is seeking compensatory damages, jointly and severally, against the WVU Board of Governors, Prunesti and Fleenor for all medical bills, pain and suffering, mental anguish, future medical needs and expenses, all permanent scarring and disfigurement as well as pre and post judgment interest, attorney fees and costs and punitive damages.
