* Burgoyne was operating a Crown Victoria in the scope of his employment on May 18, 2007, when it is claimed he violently struck and rear ended plaintiff on 10th Street on the Suspension Bridge. Edmondson was a restrained passenger in a vehicle driven by Ronald Conaway, who then struck a vehicle driven by Jennifer Toppeto. This collision caused serious permanent injury for which liability is claimed against defendants, jointly and severally.

* Burgoyne was operating a vehicle, on 10th Street on the Suspension Bridge on May 18, 2007, during the scope of his employment. It is said Ohio County and/or Butzke should have known that Burgoyne was unfit to operate the Crown Victoria which rear ended Conaway forcing him to strike Jennifer Toppeto. This collision caused injuries and damages to Conaway who claims he will suffer great physical pain, now and in the future. Compensatory damages are sought, jointly and severally.
