The Plaintiff requests a mechanics lien in favor of the Plaintiff against the real property of the Defendants described herein in the amount of $82,960.46, or for such lesser amount as may be proven at the trial of this matter and enter judgment against the Defendants jointly and severally in the amount of $82,960.46 plus costs.
