* Ronald Cutright was diagnosed with plasmacytoma and referred to Dr. Jelden for radiation therapy to the T8 vertebral body. The Cutrights claim Jelden exceeded the maximum dose of radiation and he received a dose of over 6000 cGy of radiation to his spinal cord. As a result, Cutright was diagnosed with radiation induced injury to his spinal cord that resulted in his becoming a paraplegic. The Cutright's are seeking judgment for past, present and future medical and related expenses; loss of income; pain and suffering; mental anguish; impairment and loss of ability to enjoy life; pre- and post-judgment interest, costs and attorney fees.
