* Sahley says in 2005 it sought advice of Kanawha Brick & Block about construction of a retaining wall at the Windmere subdivision. It built the wall partially and had Young Builders add to the wall years later. DOH owns the road adjacent to the wall, but Sahley says DOH didn't properly maintain drainage ditches, causing water runoff and water pressure to make the wall fall. Sahley seeks compensatory, consequential and punitive damages.
