* On Sept. 7, 2007, Ball was attempting to use a product made by Chattem Inc. called IcyHot to relieve pain which allegedly caused him to develop burns. According to the suit, Hill claims the product was defectively designed, distributed and manufactured. As a result of Ball's injuries, Hill is suing for pain and suffering, sorrow, mental anguish, solace, loss of society companionship, comfort, guidance and kindly offices, compensation for reasonable and expected loss of income, compensation for loss of services, protection, care and assistance, expenses for care, treatment and hospitalization and punitive damages.

* On Feb. 2, Napier was inside Speedway in Ceredo when she slipped on the wet floor and fell to the ground, sustaining serious personal injuries, including injuries to her body and mind, physical and mental pain and suffering, a diminution in her capacity to enjoy life, embarrassment, humiliation, annoyance and inconvenience and has incurred expenses for traveling and medical care. According to the suit, there was no notice or warning to patrons and customers of the liquid on the floor. She is suing for compensatory damages.
