* The estate of Carmela Bacho seeks judgment against the defendants claiming Bacho died after undergoing a left-side chest tube procedure which was done when she was admitted to the hospital complaining of shortness of breath and shoulder pain. Bacho did not consent to the procedure, nor did she sign a consent form allowing the procedure to be done. After continuing to experience pain and illness, she was given morphine and Phenergan. She lost a significant amount of blood, her blood pressure fell, and she died. Andrea Bacho claims the doctor hit an artery or punctured the heart during the insertion of the chest tube.
