* On Feb. 14, 2008. Waldroop was making a delivery for Small Stuff Inc. to Huntington Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Employees Credit Union. When she exited the building, she slipped and fell on ice and snow that was on the front walk, causing injury. Waldroop claims the front walk had not been cleared or salted. According to the suit, the business had a duty to warn her of such dangerous conditions and allegedly failed to do so. She is suing for an amount to compensate her for her injuries; diminished capacity to enjoy life; embarrassment; loss of past, present and future wages; annoyance and inconvenience and medical expenses.
