Geremy Rodamer v Bruce's Countryside Auto
PA-Jennifer Stephens; J-NA
* Rodamer claims Bruce's Countryside Auto failed to perform necessary and needed work on his vehicle after keeping his vehicle for a month. After picking the vehicle up, he drove it to Texas. Once there, he had the vehicle inspected. The auto repair mechanice in Texas advised Rodamer that only 20 percent of the work agreed to by Bruce's Countryside Auto actually was done and the vehicle's frame still appeared to be bent. Rodamer's insurance will not pay to have any additional work done since it was supposedly already completed. Rodamer is seeking judgment for repairs of the vehicle, annoyance, inconvenience, costs and attorney fees.
