* On March 15, 2009, Sergeant Sleeth drove his police cruiser through the drive-thru window at the Wendy's restaurant on Lafayette Avenue. Upon information and belief, defendant Bender, at some point in the assembly of the plaintiff's cheeseburger, reached down his pants, pulled numerous and sundry hairs from the genital region of his body, and placed the pubic hairs onto Sergeant Sleeth's cheeseburger. Monroe and Grover are said to have substantially encouraged and assisted the aforementioned adulteration. Sleeth suffered extreme emotional distress and economic loss.

Darrell Conner vs. Preston Wallace

* While traveling south on Grant Avenue, Conner came to the 4th Street intersection. Having no stop sign or other traffic device, the plaintiff continued traveling south. Wallace came to the same intersection and having a stop sign failed to yield right of way. Wallace violently collided, hit, and struck the driver side door of plaintiff vehicle; as a result of this accident, he had to be transported to Ruby Memorial by ambulance. Judgment is demanded for damages sustained which may be of a permanent nature.
