HUNTINGTON -- Manpower Inc. is suing Tower Logistics after it failed to pay for services.
Manpower provided professional services for Tower Logistics from Oct. 29, 2008 until March 18, 2009, according to a complaint filed Oct. 30 in Cabell Circuit Court.
According to the suit, Tower Logistics agreed to pay Manpower for its services, but have failed or refused to do so, despite numerous demands for payment of the amount of $28,810.74.
Manpower is suing for the principal sum of $28,810.74, with interest at a rate of 8.5 percent per annum from April 18, 2009, until present.
