* On Nov. 14, 2007, Tuttle was admitted to St. Mary's Medical Center for head injuries, including a subdural hematoma and fractures following a car accident. Thacker claims after Tuttle was admitted, his condition worsened and he died Dec. 22, 2007. Dr. Rida Mazagri was Tuttle's neurosurgeon and worked for the Marshall University Board of Governors. Thacker is suing for compensatory damages.

* On Nov. 5, 2007, Wimer was admitted to St. Mary's Medical Center for multiple sclerosis and complaints of hand weakness, an infection of his suprapubic catheter site and a urinary tract infection. According to the suit, Wimer aspirated his meal Nov. 11, suffered respiratory and cardiac arrest due to a lack of oxygen and died Nov. 13. Camp is suing for compensatory damages.
