* In January 2008, the parties were involved in a contract to build for Massey Coal Services Inc. in Julian. The defendant contracted the plaintiff to do work on the project. Nitro Electric says G&G was paid by Massey, but it claims G&G has yet to pay it for the work done. Nitro Electric seeks the payment of $20,000, pre- and post-judgment interest, attorney fees and other relief.
