* On Jan. 1, Crigger claims he went to the Stonewall night club to pick up his boss. He claims after retrieving his boss, Morales, who was an employee at the night club, approached him at the direction of his supervisor and began striking him in the head and face with his fists. Crigger is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

* Mr. Morrison was an employee of Sulzer and on Feb. 25 he was working inside a hand spray booth applying a protective coating to a 12-foot steel shaft that was rotating on a "'rigged' high velocity lathe." The lathe had been modified by the defendant to operate at a high speed, was not designed for the spraying of protective coatings, was not properly guarded and was otherwise unsafe, according to the suit. Mr. Morrison was decapitated as a result of the "rigged" equipment, his wife claims. Mrs. Morrison is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
