WSAZ, SuddenLink sue Digital Concepts for failure to pay

CHARLESTON —- Two media companies are suing Digital Concepts in separate cases for failure to pay.

Gray Television Licensee, which is doing business as WSAZ TB #9156, and Cebridge Acquisition, which is doing business as SuddenLink Communications, both claim Digital Concepts has failed to pay them after attempts to collect payment, according to separate complaints filed Dec. 4 in Kanawha Circuit Court.

WSAZ claims the defendant owes them $19,025, while SuddenLink claims the company owes them $7,397.80.

Both plaintiffs are seeking damages in their amounts, plus interest in the amount of 7 percent per annum from the date of filing until paid. They are both being represented by Steven M. Recht of Recht Law Offices.

WSAZ's case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Irene C. Berger. SuddenLink's case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Louis Bloom.
