* The plaintiffs entered into an agreement with Michael to purchase an interest in Weezies Pub and Club for $30,000. Less than a month into the arrangement, the relationship deteriorated causing the parties to reach an agreement to terminate the business arrangement. Michael verbally agreed to repay Stanislawczyk and Sedillo but has failed to do so. Stanislawczyk and Sedillo are seeking judgment of $30,489.92 for their investment and expenses they incurred, pre- and post-judgment interest, court costs and attorney fees.

Michael J. Folio, administrator of the estate of Frank A. Folio v. WVU Hospitals Inc.

* Michael Folio is seeking judgment against WVU Hospitals for the wrongful death of Frank Folio. Folio was admitted to WVU Hospitals for repair of a lumbar spinal stenosis and L4-L5 degenerative. After the surgery was performed, Folio claimed Frank Folio was inadequately monitored and developed a post surgical cardiac complication. Despite the symptoms Folio exhibited, he was issued discharge orders. Folio's family disagreed with the assessment and would not consent to his being discharged. Due to insufficient monitoring and treatment, Folio suffered a myocardial infarction and respiratory failure
requiring intubation and he was placed on a ventilator. Michael Folio claims Folio died as a result of the hospitals failure to recognize and treat his condition.
