Man sues Chrysler for vehicle's problems

CHARLESTON -- A man is suing Chrysler Motors after purchasing a vehicle he claims had multiple problems.

Brady Fowler purchased the vehicle, a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, on July 21, 2008, for $23,842 from Crown Dodge in Nitro, according to a complaint filed Dec. 11 in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Fowler claims after he purchased the vehicle he experienced repeated nonconformities with the vehicle and after a reasonable number of attempts, the manufacture did not conform the vehicle to its warranty, nor did the replace the vehicle with a comparable new one.

Fowler is seeking for revocation of acceptance and refund of the purchase price, damages for repair costs and damages for loss of use, annoyance and inconvenience. He is being represented by Michael L. Glasser of Meyer, Ford & Glasser.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Irene C. Berger.
