Google sues Charles Town medical device manufacturer for failure to pay

CHARLES TOWN -- Google is suing a Jefferson County company for failure to pay a statement on one of its accounts.

Rebuilder Medical Technologies Inc. first moved to West Virginia in 2001 and manufactures a device that helps patients who have peripheral neuropathy.

Rebuilder Medical Technologies owes Google $321,879.04, according to a complaint filed Dec. 17 in Jefferson Circuit Court.

Google is seeking damages in the amount of $321,879.04, plus pre- and post-judgment interest. Google is being represented by Stephen L. Gaylock of the Law Office of John R. Mitchell Jr. in Charleston.
