* Plaintiff says McClure, beginning in October 2007, trespassed on land it owned in Logan County and cut and removed not less than 111,000 board feet of merchantable timber. Horse Creek says the defendant is liable for three times the timber's value, or not less than $45,000. Plaintiff seeks jury award of $45,000 damages with interest and costs of litigation.

Betty Thompson vs. Billy G. Thompson, Donna Kinser Thompson and Nicholas W. Johnson

* Thompson complains "some unknown person" signed her name on a deed to a parcel of real estate on Main Big Harts Creek in November 1998. She and the Thompson couple are named as grantees, but contests her signature on the deed that was ordered listed as property with real estate agent to be sold as part of a settlement in the couple's divorce proceeding. Betty Thompson refused to participate in the property listing and transfer, noting Johnson notarized the deed in Baltimore, Md., without personally seeing her sign it. She wants the court to void the deed and award her litigation costs.
