He was branded "a fugitive from justice when defendants permitted local newspapers to categorize her son as operating a "Meth Lab," when he was a well respected church going Christian respected in the community for his charitable work. On Apr. 15, 2008, plaintiff's son was taken and bound with others in Weston for over 7 months. Plaintiff suffered loss of her tranquil life, along with emotional distress and alcoholism. Equitable relief of $38,000,000 is demanded.
